Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrative and Social Media Coordinator to join our
team at “DEEPAK ANVESH SMART WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”. The ideal candidate will
play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks, social media platforms, and other
company activities. This is a dynamic position that requires a candidate with excellent
organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Document Preparation:
Create and format presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets.
Assist in the preparation of various documentation and reports as needed.
2. Social Media Management:
Manage and update social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and
YouTube.
3. Create engaging and visually appealing posts, brochures, and other content for social media.
Monitor social media trends and suggest strategies to increase online presence.
4. Data Management:
Take responsibility for employees’ payroll processing. Maintain sales data and generate reports as
required. Manage and update the company’s inventory data.
5. Create posts, blogs, broachers, flyers and other necessary technical documents.
6. Proactive Involvement:
Actively participate in company activities and events.
Be proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting innovative
ideas. Willingness to undertake any important tasks or projects as assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field(optional).
Proven experience in administrative roles, social media management, and data handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
