Job Description:
As a Data Entry Operator at “DEEPAK ANVESH SMART WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”, you
will be responsible for inputting and updating data related to our recycling operations, inventory,
and administrative tasks. Your precision and attention to detail will be critical in ensuring the
accuracy of our records and reports.
Responsibilities:
– Enter and update data into our database systems accurately and efficiently.
– Verify the accuracy of data, cross-checking for errors and inconsistencies.
– Maintain organised electronic and paper records of recycling activities and inventory.
– Assist in generating reports and documentation as needed.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure data is up-to-date and readily accessible.
– Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.
– Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
– Assist in administrative tasks and support other departments as required.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in data entry is a plus.
– Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
– Strong typing skills and high accuracy in data entry.
– Proficiency in using computer applications, including spreadsheet software and database
management tools.
– Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
– Excellent organisational and time management skills.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
– Commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
