We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team and play a
key role in achieving our sustainability goals.
Job Description:
As the Operations Supervisor at “DEEPAK ANVESH SMART WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM”
you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recycling facility. You will
ensure that recycling processes run smoothly, safety protocols are followed, and quality standards
are met. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our recycling
operations.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a team of recycling technicians and operators.
– Ensure that recycling processes are executed efficiently and meet production targets.
– Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and coordinate maintenance
when necessary.
– Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
– Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support.
– Manage inventory and supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
– Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflows and resolve operational issues.
– Maintain records and reports related to production, safety, and quality.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
– Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on sustainability and environmental
stewardship.
– Make a book keeping of materials in and out data flow on daily basis.
– Tracking inventory list and maintaining a book for the warehouse.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
– Proven experience in recycling operations or waste management, with a track record of
leadership.
– Strong knowledge of recycling processes and equipment.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
– Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
– Forklift certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
– Moderate knowledge on Microsoft excel, word, PPt.
